30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Xperts4Recruit purchases — subscriptions and one-time credit packs. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Xperts4Recruit orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact us at [email protected] and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

What happens after a refund

When a refund is processed:

• The corresponding subscription is canceled.
• Credits granted by the refunded purchase are revoked; unused top-up credits from other purchases remain available.
• Refunded amounts are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellations outside the refund window

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellations after the 30-day window are not refunded, but you retain access and credits until the end of the paid billing period.

Applicable law

This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
